DELIVERY OF ORDER
About Our Delivery Time

Items in stock: 7-14 working days.
Items that are out of stock: Please email or call us for assistance.
Custom Made Items: 4-16 weeks.
Pre-order items: 2-4 weeks, depends on the item.
For more accurate delivery lead time on out-of-stock and pre-order items, kindly call us for assistance.

Storage Timeframe & Charges
If you would like your item(s) to be delivered later, we do provide FREE STORAGE up to 3 months from the date of purchase; or from the product ready date of Made-To-Order item(s) / Pre-Order item(s).
  • To be entitled to 3 months FREE STORAGE, at least 50% Deposit Payment must be made; To extend an additional 3 months of FREE STORAGE (total 6 months), Full Payment must be made.
  • After the free storage period, the storage fee will be charged at 5% of the item(s) value per month.
  • The storage fee accrued to be paid by the customer before the item(s) is shipped out or self-collect.
  • Item(s) that is being stored at Metro Mega Furniture Store for more than 3 months are not exchangeable, refundable, or cancelled.
Self-Collection At Showroom Store

Self-Collection only available at Metro Mega Furniture Store and only by appointment. Store address as below:-

*Pick up schedules are available on MONDAY TO SATURDAY only.
– Monday to Saturday (2pm – 5pm)

* Please inform us at least ONE day in advance for the pick up date.
* 12pm – 2pm is break time , no pick up are allowed. (Monday to Saturday only)
* Pick Up are not available on Public Holiday

 

Important Notice
 

  • Order must be fully paid before the appointment arrangement.
  • Customers need to bring along the proof of the sales order upon the self-collection.
  • Customers need to ensure the suitable transportation that could fit in their ordered items.
  • Customers need to inspect the furniture carefully before leaving, we are not responsibility for the damaged or dented goods after left from our warehouse.



DELIVERY
  • There will be an additional delivery charge for buildings without lifts or if your products cannot fit in the lift and the delivery team has to use the stairs. Our delivery service only covers addresses within 20m from the unloading point. A RM50 surcharge/item will be collected by the delivery service provider for addresses outside this scope.
  • Delivery fee is not inclusive of any additional costs such as installation or 3rd party fees. Delivery fees will not be refunded for items returned.
  • In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods, there will be no refund of delivery fees. Should the delivery need to be rescheduled, additional delivery charges will apply.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.
  • If you are unable to receive delivery of your items in person or if you haven't received them within a reasonable period, Contact Us for further instructions.
  • Basic installation of Furniture and Bedding set is included, but does not include installation of wall mounting and wall mounting brackets.
Delivery Procedures

To ensure our customers receive the new furniture as safely as possible, we will have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the furniture delivery.
  • We will attempt delivery of your order as soon as your order is ready for delivery. The delivery day and time will be arranged based on the schedule availability as mentioned above under Delivery Time.
  • 3 days before the agreed delivery day, our support officer will send a Delivery Confirmation Message to your registered phone number, listing out the important information needed by your side to arrange for the acceptance of the order. You will need to reply “CONFIRM” to the confirmation to ensure timely delivery.
  • One day before delivery, our support officer will send a Delivery Reminder Message to your registered phone number to remind you of your upcoming delivery.
  • On the day of delivery, our delivery team will give you a call 30 minutes before reaching the destination so that you can be prepared to receive your order.
  • Our delivery team will assemble the furniture (if applicable), and remove all packaging materials from your premise.
  • After each furniture installation session, our delivery team will guide the customer to perform an overall check on the item(s) delivered prior to you acknowledging the receipt of the item(s) in good and agreeable condition.
  • Customers are requested to sign the Delivery Order (DO) after the acknowledgment of the item(s) conditions. Do ensure that the item(s) is in good and agreeable condition before signing the DO, any request for return or refund after the acknowledgment, ie. signing the DO will subject to our discretion. What if Metro Mega Furniture Store could not meet the promised availability and delivery date?

In rare occurrence of such situation, we will get in contact with customer to give the latest update of the item(s). We are more than willing to assist the customer in any other way proposed. Otherwise, customer may request for a return and full refund in cash. (T&C Applies)

Permission to Access to Your Building/ Residential Management

You have to ensure that the relevant permissions are obtained from the building or residential management prior to the scheduled delivery day. We are not obliged to wait for you to grant access to the premise as we have other scheduled deliveries to fulfill for the day. If we are unable to deliver on confirmed delivery day and time slot due to any difficulty in accessing your premise, re-delivery fee will be charged based on the standard rate.

Changes of Delivery Addresses

If you wish to change your delivery address, just inform us ahead. We are more than happy to make adjustments for you. Kindly inform us 3 days in advance before the agreed delivery day.

Delivery Booking Changes or Cancellation

If you wish to change or cancel your delivery booking, just inform us ahead. We are more than happy to make adjustments for you. Kindly inform us 3 days in advance before the agreed delivery day. However, if you cancel your scheduled delivery on the same day after you reply “CONFIRM” to the Delivery Confirmation Message sent to your registered phone number, we may have to charge a re-delivery fee.

Please note that our free delivery is only available ONCE per order.

  • The above rate for disposal charges is for set(s) only. For single item disposal charge will be at RM100 each. All the rates stated are without dismantle fee.
  • The dismantle fee of RM80 per item is optional. In the case that customer(s) is unsure whether the item(s) can be dismantled or not, please get advice from our customer service.
  • Customer MUST inform our customer service in advance if there is item(s) for disposal. Disposal can only be done on the same delivery trip.
  • Disposal fee must be made at least 3 days before the delivery/disposal date.
  • Free disposal of old items, request have to made at the point of purchase.
  • An additional extra care fee of RM200 is chargeable for marble.
  • Basic installation of Furniture and Bedding set is included, but does not include installation of wall mounting and wall mounting brackets.
