Our Kids Zumba classes offer 45 minutes of continuous cardio and fitness fun, complete with warm-up and cool-down sessions. This energetic program is designed to keep children moving, entertained, and fully engaged from start to finish.

Each class is highly interactive and thoughtfully structured to avoid monotony and keep energy levels high. With frequent activity changes, kids stay excited and focused. They’ll follow along to upbeat songs, take part in music-based games, and learn choreographed routines broken down into simple, easy-to-follow steps. Our instructors foster a vibrant and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to cheer for one another, sing along, and most importantly—have a blast!
