SCIN-FLEX TILE GROUT
is a ready-to-use quick drying paste compound for grouting wall and floor tile joints. It has excellent bond strength and filling capability to fill gaps or joints of all sort of tiles and stones. It is excellent to be used internally and externally, on wet or dry areas on wall or floor.

USES
• Internal/External wall and floor grouting
• Suitable for grouting ceramic, mosaic or homogeneous tiles.
• Ideal for grouting either dry or wet tiled areas.
• Grouting joints 1-5mm wide

SURFACE PREPARATION
For new tile work, allow adhesives to cure for at least 8 hours but preferable to cure for 24hours to prevent dislocation of tiling position due to external forces or gravitational pulls. For repairing works, remove at least 1mm of old or damaged grout with grout saw or any grout remover tools. Scrub the old grout surface thoroughly with bristle brush. Ensure all surfaces are clean and free from dirt, oil, grease and any other contaminants that may affect adhesion.

MIXING
No Mixing is required.

APPLICATION
Apply Scin-Flex grout paste onto the grouting area. Fill thoroughly the paste into the grouting gaps and spreads paste by using a scrapper or a grout float. Spreading shall be done diagonally into all joints or gap by dragging paste from one end to another. Ensure Scin-Flex is compactly and fully filled into all joints and allow it to set for 15 to 20mins, then remove any excess grout paste from the surface of the tiles with damp cloth or small pores wet sponge. Allow the grout to dry for 24 hours before exposure to extreme environment. Buff and polish the tiles surface with cleaning agents and cloths for better finishing.
