Fruit for our Three Vineyards Chardonnay was harvested from three vineyard sites, each adding a different dimension to the final blend. 

Each vineyard parcel of wine was separately aged on French oak for eight months. Final blending of the three vineyard grapes is where the much of the magic takes place – each component chosen for its ability to elevate the final blend, making a beautifully balanced, easy drinking, delicious combination of grapes grown in three of our best vineyards.

Nose: Aromas of peaches and stone fruits.
Palate: A generous savoury palate with vibrant acidity.Notes of ripe necterine, citrus and melon. Clean, crisp and delicate.
Food Recommendations: Serve slightly chilled on a warm summer’s day. This fresh and vibrant Chardonnay will complement fresh salads, seafood and rich pasta dishes.
