Repair Process
Every components are fully dismantled and the internal parts are thoroughly assessed to ensure it meets manufacturer’s tolerance.

A service report will be issued so you are aware of the component conditions.

Parts that are damaged or worn will be replaced or reworked till it meets manufacturer’s tolerance. All mating surfaces are lapped together to ensure good contact.

All parts will go through three stages of chemical washes before assembly.

All components will be pressure tested on our 160KW test rig to ensure functionality and good efficiency before leaving our workshop.

A test certificate will be issued for every component tested.
