PALLOC AI-based robot guidance system for automatic depalletizing
PALLOC is an AI-based localization solution that locates tightly stacked boxes, sacks and bags on pallets and provides accurate position data for automatic depalletizing by robots.
The user-friendly sensor combines a high-performance 3D color camera with a pre-installed and pre-trained deep learning-based localization function. This enables the sensor to locate items in different designs, sizes and appearances.
With its embedded high-performance processing power, the sensor supports pick rates of up to 2,400 items per hour. Thanks to the data quality of the camera, mixed items from a size of 100x100 mm can be accurately picked from EU/US-size pallets.

Make transparent objects visible - without a reflector: TranspaTect from SICK
