General Description
UCO Superflex is an autoclaved cellulose fibre cement flat board, creamy white in colour. It is an asbestos-free board with a smooth surface and a square edge.
Applications
It is tough and flexible, an ideal choice for many general building purposes, including ceiling, fascia board and wall partitioning, both internally and externally.
The thicker board is ideally use as decking, permanent formwork, flooring, secondary roofing and many more.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Delivery Date
Delivery Date must be minimum 3 (Three) working days in lead time and not exceeding 14 (Fourteen) working days from the date of Sale Order. The actual delivery date will be subjected to manufacturer's approval and confirmation.
Proof of Delivery
Delivery Order must be accepted and acknowledged by the authorized receipient. Official company stamp, receipient's name and signature must be indicated clearly in the Delivery Order.
Site Access
The delivery site must be accessible by transporting vehicle, failure which, manufacturer reserves all rights to cancel the order, and impose penalty charges as indicated in [Cancellation of Order].
Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of pre-shipped orders will be subjected to penalty charges of 10% from the invoice amount. Cancellation of shipped-out orders will subjected to penalty charges of 50% from the invoice amount.
Diversion of Order
Diversion of orders to other location or site other than stated in the Delivery Order is strictly prohibited.
