POLYGARD® RAC 8500 | 500 Microns Thick High Build Epoxy Floor CoatingA high-build epoxy flooring system was selected to provide a durable, seamless, and visually organised surface suitable for Saint-Gobain EMIX’s warehouse operations. After surface preparation, the epoxy coating was applied directly onto the existing substrate to achieve a smooth, glossy finish that enhances brightness and visibility throughout the facility. Clear safety markings were added, including pedestrian walkways, and forklift lanes, ensuring safe and efficient traffic movement within the warehouse. This solution delivered strong resistance to abrasion, daily forklift traffic, and heavy material handling—while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
