Your body constitution is your unique internal blueprint — shaped by genetics, lifestyle, emotions and environment. It determines how your body reacts to stress, food, climate, sleep and even skincare.

In TCM, there are 9 main body constitution types:
    1.     Qi Deficiency
    2.     Qi Stagnation
    3.     Liver-Qi Stagnation
    4.     Blood Deficiency
    5.     Blood Stasis
    6.     Yang Deficiency
    7.     Yin Deficiency
    8.     Phlegm-Damp
    9.     Damp-Heat

Most people are a combination of 2–3 types.
