1. Press and hold the Outlet Sterilize button at the top of the purifier for 3 seconds.

2. Place a container with a capacity of 300ml or greater below the water outlet.

3. Press the Dispense Water button. The sterilization process will take about 10 minutes.

4. Once completed, discard the hot water dispensed into the container.

The water pipes will be automatically sterilized weekly. For cold water pipes, sterilization happens every 4 weeks.

Press and hold the Internal Sterilize button for 3 seconds to perform manual sterilization.

Through the ThinQ app: Go to the water purifier icon, select 'Schedule high temperature water pipe sterilization', and set the desired schedule.

Using the product interface: Press and hold the Internal Sterilize + Outlet Sterilize buttons for 3 seconds and adjust the time and date accordingly.

Ensure the source water valve or the dispense valve is open. If they are closed, the sterilization features will not work.

1. Pull out the draining tray.

2. Open the filter cover and remove the filter by turning it counterclockwise.

3. Insert the new filter and turn it clockwise. Reset the filter usage count by holding the Cold Water button for 3 seconds.

Make sure the source water valve is open during filter replacement. If it's closed, the filter cleaning will not work.

In the LG ThinQ App, go to the Settings window and select the 'Sound Settings' to adjust the volume and button sounds.

Voice instructions will still be provided during certain functions like sterilization and filter change for safety reasons.
