WC-10Ni-5Cr 15-45um Thermal Spray Powder is a kind of Tungsten Carbide Powder, generally best using High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) spray to do Thermal Spray Coating. This powder offers HVOF tungsten carbide coating a excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and maximum operating temperature is 750 °C . It mainly can be applies on valve parts repair, petroleum pipeline repair, steel rollers repair, and paper rollers repair etc. The manufacturing process is Agglomerated and Sintered which brings better tungsten carbide coating deposit efficiency and micro-hardness.
