How do I send my cargo to Batam?
Ensure you have your marking number written clearly on your packages, and deliver within our operating hours to the address above. ** You do not have to inform us before delivering to us, we will receive your cargoes as long as your delivery is within our operating hours.
How do I obtain a Marking No.?
If you do not already have a marking number, please contact our sales department providing your commodity informations for a quote and registration.
Who do I contact if I have any questions regarding the status of my cargo?
Please refer to whoever you register your account with, in other words, it depends on who provided you your marking no.
What can I send to Batam?
Currently we only provide LCL services to Batam for General Cargoes only, please refer to our customer service department to check if your cargo can be exported.
