Bhd. has grown from a local ductwork fabricator into one of the largest ductwork design, supply, install and commission contractors in the Northern of Malaysia expanding exponentially each year and we are now able to serve major mechanical projects from Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and Abu Dhabi with confidence.

We involve in various projects from commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, colleges, airport terminals to photovoltaic factory and silicon water fab KHOY has over 20 years of experience, providing services to facilities across the Asia.

KHOY has built a reputation for in house technical and contracting expertise with the experience to deliver on time and within budget. Throughout all contracts our aim is to ensure a open and transparent working relationship with our clients and to provide all services and information for a seamless operation from design, bid to installation.

KHOY also a registered grade G7 company under the Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB) in Building (B), Civil Engineering (CE) and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (ME).
