The Macallan A Night On Earth - Jerez is another impressive limited edition bottling from the 'A Night On Earth' series which this time brings us to the homeland of sherry itself: Jerez de la Frontera. The Macallan has a long tradition of creating sherry cask-aged whisky so it was really only a matter of time before it released a single malt Scotch whisky that championed this vital connection. The Macallan A Night on Earth Jerez was aged in sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks and celebrates New Year's Eve in Jerez, or Nocheviejo, a night full of meaning and tradition. It was bottled with natural colour at 43% ABV.

Tasting Note : With a deep amber colour and an aroma reminiscent of dried fruit, dark chocolate and spices, this whiskey is a true sensory experience. The palate is complex and full-bodied with notes of sherry, raisins and caramel, balanced with spices and oak, giving a long and satisfying finish.
