This project is a thoughtful expression of modern contemporary luxury, designed around a unique family story. Kent and Ryan, two brothers, acquired side-by-side semi-detached homes in Botanic and envisioned a living environment that brings both families closer, while still preserving their individual privacy.

The two homes are seamlessly connected through a central pavilion and a linking corridor, creating a shared architectural heart where both families can gather, interact and celebrate meaningful moments together. At the same time, each home retains its own sense of independence, allowing for quiet and private family living when needed.

The interior design reflects this balance through a harmonious blend of clean modern lines, warm wood textures and refined luxury finishes. Marble feature walls, soft ambient lighting and carefully curated materials elevate the space, while fluted panels and subtle curves introduce depth and character.
