Shop Policy
- All of the orders will be shipped out within 1 or 2 working days.
(We will inform you if your item need to pre-order / out of stock.)

- For sales event period, all of the orders will be need more than 2 days to ship, and we will be shipping out orders according to SEQUENTIAL arrangement. (First come first serve.)
"Urgent" orders will be STRICTLY IGNORED and will still put in queue, just to be fair to other buyers.
If you can't wait, just cancel your order and buy from other seller.
'We PACK and ship your parcel, you sit back and WAIT your parcel to arrive. There's no need to rush.'

Those buyers who don't know how online shopping works / first time shop online :
- We sellers only PACK and SHIP your parcel, how those logistic parties (J&T Express, Poslaju, etc) deliver your item, we do not know nor take any control of it. If, really, your item went missing or on hold during delivery, please contact Shopee and have them to investigate the issues. If you need assist on that, come chat with us.

How we process orders?
- All of the orders will be processed like this : the 1st day you ordered, we will ship on 2nd day. (in normal circumstances)

Return Policy
- Should buyers wish to return the product, please return the product in FULL and ORIGINAL state. Meaning NO modification can be made to the product before returning it.
- Item will be inspected before providing refunds back to the buyer.
- Any returned product found to have missing items, or modified. The refund will be revoked and the item will be send back to the buyer.
- Shipping fee will be bear by both side. (You return the product, you pay the shipping fee; We replace the product, we pay the shipping fee.)

- I know J&T express has a 'receiver pay the shipping fee thingy', don't even try to abuse that.
If you (yes, i'm pointing at you) bought the wrong variation of item and tries to make us PAY your shipping fee, we will deduct your REFUND according to the shipping fee we paid.
