King wins 'FFF1' plate number with RM1.75m bid, hopes proceeds will benefit people
20-Jun-2024
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim has successfully secured the special edition vehicle license plate "FFF 1" for the second time this year, setting a new personal record with his bid of RM1.75 million, surpassing his previous bid just three months ago.
On February 20, he achieved a national record by bidding RM1.5 million and acquiring the "GOLD 1" license plate, marking the highest value ever paid for a vehicle number plate in Malaysia's history up to that point.
In his latest Facebook update, he expressed his desire that the bid amount, which goes to the federal government, will be utilized to assist the public.

The post included a photograph showing Transport Minister Anthony Loke presenting the special edition vehicle plate number to Sultan Ibrahim.
