- Orders must be confirmed within this period to qualify for the promotional price.
- Eligibility:
- Applicable to residential and commercial properties.
- Limited to bathroom ceiling installations only.
- Pricing Details:
- Promo prices are based on the total square footage of aluminium ceiling panels supplied and installed.
- Original price: RM45/sqft
- Free Installation:
- Free installation is provided for all tiers as part of the promotion.
- Additional Incentives:
- For 80–150 sqft: Free delivery and termination edging.
- For 150 sqft & above: Free delivery and termination edging.
- Measurement and Quotation:
- Final pricing is based on a site measurement conducted by our team.
- Quotation validity: 21 days from the date of issuance.
- Delivery & Installation Timeline:
- Delivery and installation will be scheduled within 30-90 days after order confirmation.
- Exclusions:
- Removal of existing ceiling, wiring, light installation, and exhaust fan installation are excluded unless otherwise agreed.
- Any additional work will be quoted separately.
- Payment Terms:
- 50% deposit upon confirmation of order; 50% balance before delivery to site of installation.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Orders canceled after confirmation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled installation date.
