Modular Molded Panels with Steel Backing

The modular panels are designed for heavy duty scalping screen with very high wear rate. The thickness ranged from 40mm to 100mm with full steel backing and moulded in smaller panel size, so that it is lighter and easier to install. This design is more cost-effective especially there are uneven and localized wear.

80mm thick Modular Rubber Screen Panel for feed size exceeding 6”. To avoid plugging, 120mm square holes are moulded with special profile.

60mm thick Modular Panels with 70 mm square and tapered hole profile.
