How does SB Carlsberg Flask work? |

| The SB Carlsberg Flask is filled to its net capacity with wort, corresponding to approximately 80% of the total volume. Sterilization is carried out using an autoclave, gas burner, or electric hotplate. After sterilization, the flask is cooled in a refrigerator or cold room to reach the desired operating temperature.The cold wort is aerated through the membrane sample valve connected to the aeration lance. Aeration is performed via the membrane sample valve, which connects to an aeration lance. Yeast culture can then be introduced aseptically using a syringe through the membrane fitting. Alternatively, dry yeast can be transferred directly through the empty filter housing. |
