C & W Machinery Works Sdn Bhd is a well known enterprise in Skudai, Johor Bahru for providing quality services and products related to the construction industry. We have achieved this current status through our dedication and attention to meet our customers’ needs. Since 2005, we have been experiencing steady growth in business and will continue to expand and improve our services to the market.
 
At C & W Machinery Works Sdn Bhd, we specialize in the sales as well as providing rental and repair services for construction related machineries. We have 3 specialized divisions; namely the Machinery Division, Scaffolding Division and the Hardware Division.
 
The Machinery Division offers various products such as Generators, Pumps, Concrete mixers, Bar Bender and Bar Cutters, Air Compressors etc. as well as power tools and larger equipment such as Forklifts and Bobcat loaders.     

Our Scaffolding Division provide services such as rental, buy back, erection and dismantling on top of sales for scaffolds and accessories. Our scaffolds conform to BS 1139 British standard, and options for the cup lock system, ring lock system or tabular scaffolding system are available.

Finally, the Hardware Division offers products such as Plastic Wheels, Concrete Spacers, Mortar and Plastering Additives, Bar Chair etc.
 
We operate in 3 shop buildings that are adjacent to each other at our site in Skudai, Johor. Our company consists of 13 dedicated members who offer friendly and quality services.

Company History and Background

C & W Machinery Works was first established as Eng Soon Lip Machinery in 1975 in Upper Thompson Road, Singapore. Founded by Mr. Cheong Sin Tai, the company was involved in the import and export of construction equipment and other machineries such as latch/milling/turning machines and M.F.G. dumpers.
 
In 1985, the company made a strategic relocation to the current location in Skudai, Johor Bahru. It was then renamed to be known as C & L Trading Company, and the company business expanded to include bar bending and bar cutting machines as well as concrete mixers. It was also during this period the company established the Scaffolding Division to supply scaffolds that were very much needed.
 
In 2005, the company was renamed again to the present C & W Machinery Works and Mr. Cheong Yoke Kai was elected as the Managing Director. Since then we have further expanded our products to include forklifts and sky lifts.
