- Progressive CG – Altering the CG location in each wedge based on its loft, grind and overall bounce angle ensures precision flight and spin control on all shots into and around the green.
- Spin Milled Grooves – Spin milling is now implemented uniquely based on what finish the wedge is. Ensuring maximum consistency for one wedge to another. The grooves are also used different between lofts, with lower lofts featuring narrower, deeper grooves while the higher lofts have slightly wider grooves. This ensures maximum spin from any situation.
- Tour Validated Grinds – 6 Grind options are now available to the market with the release of the SM7. This allows the player or fitter a wide variety of options to match the wedge perfectly to its individual user. All these grinds feature on tours across the world and is a testament to the R&D done by Bob Vokey and his team.
- 3 Finishes – 3 Finish options to choose from allows the player to suit the look of the wedge to their own preference. Tour Chrome, Brushed Steel and Jet black are the options available in SM7.
