PBM Plastic Industry Sdn Bhd is a company incorporated in Johor, Malaysia. We specialize in the manufacture of an extensive range of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) bottles for a wide range of applications in the domestic, commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. Since our inception in 2003, we have grown steadily to become a fully integrated one-stop production facility catering to the specifications and requirements of both domestic customers and multi-national corporations in Singapore. Our forte is in timely delivery and quality assurance to satisfy specific customer orders. Our management team and technical crew, with over 20-years of accumulated industry experience, know exactly what to anticipate in terms of customer satisfaction and go to great extend to ensure every need and requirement is fulfilled according to customers’ specifications. As an integrated one-stop manufacturing centre, we also offer the whole gamut of production services which includes design, labelling, and packaging.

As an integrated manufacturer, we can deliver a comprehensive range of products to discerning customers in all market segments. Our product range includes PET Bottles, PET Preform, Plastic Caps, Plastic Handles, and other plastic injection parts used by customers in the packaging and food & beverage industries. Our PET bottles range in size from 250ml to 2-litres.

Our dedicated modern production facility in Johor, Malaysia is equipped with 5 units of semi auto PET stretch blow machines, 11 units of fully auto PET stretch blow machines, 12 units of injection machines, and 1 unit of cap compression machine to cater to specific customer orders. We also supply machinery for customers who are interested or already in this plastic manufacturing trades. Our priority is to achieve maximum production whilst keeping rejection during the manufacturing process to a minimum. This, we have been able to achieve, because of a highly skilled and experienced workforce of 30-odd employees, who are competent in every aspect of the production process. Another focus of attention of the company is speedy and timely delivery of products to customers. We ensure this through a carefully structured management and engineering system which anticipates delays and responds accordingly and immediately to resolve issues or logistical problems. Ultimately, our goal is to offer the best possible service and maximum quality in the products we manufacture and deliver to our esteemed customers, both in Malaysia and abroad.
