General Pest

Flies and Ants that can be used for all types of building. The services will be provided in twelve monthly or six bi-monthly visits. This treatment has been effectively used in Office Buildings, Residential Houses, Shopping Complexes, Food Courts, Hospitals, Shop Lots, Condominiums and etc.

Two method of treatments provided :                                  

Method 1                                        
Fine Residual Spraying of chemical will be applied along the base of each wall every time we visit your premise. This treatment is effective againts ants and cockroaches which love to crawl along walls This treatment will create a thin barrier of chemical which together with its vapor will eliminate these pest from your property. The vapor from this chemical also acts as strong deterrent to flies and drives them away from your premise. In addition to this we will spray your premises, In addition to this we will spray your root truss, septic tank, gardens and countyards during each visit.

Method 2
Rat baiting, where cube shape rat baits will be placed on folded cardboards bait stations and put on strategies points throughout the premises. During each visit our technicians will identify the area infected with rats and concentrate our bait stations there. This treatment will cause rats which have consumed the baits to suffer internal hemorrhage and die. The rat baits will be replenished during every visit to your property.
