Scoliosis - MRs Physiotherapy Centre
Scoliosis
Scoliosis is a condition characterized by an abnormal curvature of the spine, often accompanied by asymmetry in the shoulders, waist, and hips. Our team consists of certified Schroth therapists with specialized training and expertise in scoliosis rehabilitation using the Schroth approach.
The Schroth approach is supported by research and clinical evidence, demonstrating its effectiveness in reducing pain, improving posture, and enhancing function for individuals with scoliosis.
Our treatment will include Schroth exercises to elongate and derotate spine, improve posture and promote spinal stabilization. We also include postural corrections and breathing techniques to enhance lung capacity, rib mobility, and spinal flexibility.
