Coaching Support is a comprehensive approach to student development and well-being, focusing on emotional support, academic assistance, and life skills coaching. It is committed to nurturing a growth mindset by empowering students to take ownership of their learning journey, make informed decisions, and take responsibility for their personal and academic progress. Through personalized guidance, students develop actionable strategies to navigate challenges, manage emotions effectively, and unlock their full potential. Coaching Support encourages coachees to actively set goals, create and implement action plans, and reflect on their growth. This structured approach fosters accountability, ensuring a collaborative and continuous development process between coaches and students. Our ICF-Credentials Coaches from our coaching section conduct both individual and group coaching sessions, which will be scheduled during students' self-study time or non-core subject periods.
