MODULAR CONCEPT
JUMBO system is a modular and flexible system with heating cells facing each other. It has the capacity to integrate both gas quenching and oil quenching on the same line. In order to avoid high downtimes, there is the possibility to perform maintenance operations during production thanks to the rails on which the cells are mounted. The central module is both heated and insulated to ensure temperature uniformity of the load during the transfer to the quenching.
