No warranty regarding any issues.
- That includes damaged by courier service.
- Damaged during installation, either by yourself or third parties.
- Parcel lost by courier service.

Shop Policy
For all ready stock products, parcel will be ship out within 2 working days.
*Event period such as 8.8 Sales, may require 3~ days above to ship.
Should the item is out of stock, or need to order, we will update you regarding the delayed shipping period.

Your parcel arrival will HEAVILY DEPEND on courier service. We are unable to give you an exact delivery time or arrival time. This is because every branch/area has their own delivery schedule.
Give them some time, they will appreciate your patience.

Return / Damage Policy
If you wish to claim the warranty such as product malfunctioning. You may chat with us and discuss about the return matters.
However, every item you sent back will be inspected before we providing a new replacing product back to you.

*If the item is found being modified, or missing items/parts (like screws, nuts that provided within the package.). The claim will be not valid and therefore will be sent back to you.
*We only accept for replacement, we DO NOT accept return for exchange for another items.
*We only release refund (with reduced amount because of Shopee charges) based on the situation, or when buyer has a special reason.
*Shipping fees will be bear by both parties depend on the situation. (We shipped wrong item to you, we pay the shipping fee when providing exchange. If you purchased wrong item but wish to exchange, you pay the shipping fee. Just to be fair.)
