Shop Policy
- All of the orders will be shipped out within 1 or 2 working days.
(If the item is out of stock / need to order, there will need an extra day to ship out your parcel. We will inform you if this happens.)

- For EVENT period, such as 11.11 sales, 12.12 sales, etc. All of the orders will be need 1~4 working days to ship, and we will be shipping out orders according to SEQUENTIAL arrangement. (Meaning, first come first serve.)
"Urgent" orders will be STRICTLY IGNORED and will put in queue, just to be fair to other buyers.
If you can't wait, cancel your order and buy from other seller. (Easy for both of us.)

Those buyers who don't know how online shopping works / first time shop online :
- We sellers only pack and ship your parcel, how those logistic parties (J&T Express, Poslaju, etc) deliver your item, we do not know nor take any control of it. If, really, your item went missing or on hold during delivery, please contact Shopee and have them to investigate the issues. If you need assist on that, come chat with us.

How we process orders?
- All of the orders will be processed like this : the 1st day you ordered, we will ship on 2nd day.

Damage Policy
- We don't take responsibility for damaged product that caused by delivery logistics. (Poslaju, J&T Express, etc)
- "Original and Genuine" products also do not wield any warranty.

Return Policy
- Should buyers wish to return the product, please return the product in FULL and ORIGINAL state. Meaning NO modification can be made to the product before returning it.
- Item will be inspected before providing refunds back to the buyer.
- Any returned product found to have missing items, or modified. The refund will be revoked and the item will be send back to the buyer.
- Shipping fee will be bear by both side. (You return the product, you pay the shipping fee; We replace the product, we pay the shipping fee.)
