A Malaysian man recently went viral for an extraordinary road trip—driving his Perodua Kancil from Klang, Malaysia, to Koh Samui, Thailand, covering a total distance of 2,420 km with an impressively low fuel cost of just RM160.

Shared via TikTok (@thalha8787), the driver documented his solo adventure, stating that he embarked on the journey in search of peace and tranquility. Unlike most Malaysians who only drive to Hatyai or Dannok, he took his legendary Kancil much further, all the way to the scenic island of Koh Samui.



Despite its small size and aging design, the Kancil proved its reliability, handling the long journey at speeds of up to 120 km/h. The driver expressed his love for long drives, saying: "Everyone has their own way of finding peace. Mine is driving my Kancil on long journeys at 120 km/h."
