Southern Village Resort is a hotel owned by MIE Corporation Holdings Sdn Bhd and managed by its subsidiaries’ Perintis Majumas Sdn Bhd. Southern Village Resort is a hotel based in Kg Lepau, Pengerang, Johor Darul Takzim. Open its door since April 2019. It has 350 cosy rooms which is 315 double queen rooms and 35 king bedrooms.

It has modern facilities with its unique Village Café, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Sauna, Lepau Ballroom which able to accommodate up to 500 pax,  function rooms, lounge & karaoke facilities.
