Responsibilities | Instrumental in driving revenue growth by effectively managing the sales process, building relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. i. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential customers through research, networking, and outreach to build a robust sales pipeline. ii. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals effectively. v. Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. vi. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of products or services offered, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients. vii.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance. viii. Forecasting: Collaborate with sales management to develop sales forecasts and set realistic sales targets, aligning them with overall business objectives. ix. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Use feedback to refine sales strategies. x.
