Responsibilities	- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the employer brand of VData Consulting. - Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including posts, articles, videos, and graphics, to showcase our company culture, values, and achievements. - Manage and maintain an active presence on social media channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. - Monitor social media channels for feedback and engagement, and respond to inquiries or comments in a timely manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and highlight employee experiences, success stories, and industry trends. - Assist in organising company events and initiatives to support employer branding efforts. - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to increase brand exposure.
