According to Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia (JLRM), the new Range Rover Evoque will go on sale in January 2024. The Evoque, which is now in its second generation, underwent significant design modifications with its most recent upgrade, which was unveiled in June of this year.

The Evoque's redesigned grille, which has an updated insert that resembles that of previous Land Rover models including the Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, and the most recent Range Rover Velar, starts with the outside. New Pixel LED headlights with revised daytime running lights and redesigned lighting signatures for the rear taillights are also available.




Inside, the Evoque adopts a reductive approach to the dashboard layout, similar to that of the Velar. Three years after its 2018 debut, the Evoque received an update that included the Pivi Pro infotainment system; however, the most recent facelift completely does away with the dual-screen configuration.




Rather than having many controls for different parts of the car, the dashboard now has a single 11.4-inch curved touchscreen that offers access to all significant features. A wireless charging pad beneath the touchscreen and additional storage space are also made possible by this modification, which further neatens up the inside.





Complete powertrain specifications were not disclosed, however JLRM has stated that the Evoque will be equipped with Ingenium gasoline engines. The 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four engine powering the outgoing model is available in two variants: the P200 and P250, which produce 200 PS and 320 Nm and 249 PS and 365 Nm, respectively. Standard equipment on these variants includes an efficient driveline all-wheel drive system with driveline disconnect and a ZF nine-speed automatic gearbox.




JLRM claims to be arranging a preview of the Range Rover Evoque facelift at a roadshow scheduled to take place at Bangsar Shopping Center from January 3–7, 2024, if you want to be among the first to see the car.
